Royal Caribbean plans to ship new cruise ship to Dubai

The Royal Caribbean cruise company announced the launch in the 2012-2013 season of its liner “Serenade of the Seas” along the route through the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Designed for 2114 passengers, the Serenade of the Seas will leave for Dubai in December 2012 to replace its twin Brilliance of the Seas, which cruised from the port in Dubai during the winter and spring seasons of the past two years. Airliner “Brilliance of the Seas”, in turn, will take the place of the “Serenade of the Seas” in the Caribbean, flying from the capital of Puerto Rico, the city of San Juan.

The 17-day Serenade of the Seas cruises will depart every Monday from December 2012 to April 2013 from Dubai with stops in Muscat, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi. In addition, the Serenades of the Sea cruises will be included in the 11-day Arabian Explorer Cruise Tour, which combines a seven-day sea and four-day overland trip.

During the land part of the trip, tourists will be able to visit Dubai, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. In addition, Royal Caribbean plans two-week cruises Malaga - Dubai and Dubai - Barcelona at the beginning and end of the 2012-2013 winter season.
