AND STILL, THEY ARE GOOD AND TALENTED, FOR ONLY GOOD WAY IS ABLE TO EVERYDAY SHARE A GOD OF GOD WITH THE ENVIRONMENT. TODAY, WE VERY WANT TO TELL ABOUT TWO BEAUTIFUL WOMEN-ARTISTS WHO LIVE AND WORK NEAR US, HERE IS REMAINING IN ARTICLE ARTICLE.

House of Svetlana Nur

"Show me your house, and I will say who you are." So you can rephrase the famous proverb, therefore, in order to get acquainted with Svetlana Nur, you need to come to visit her. As soon as we enter the courtyard of her villa, it becomes clear that there is a lot of interesting things ahead. And immediately the first surprise - a washstand, such always hung near the porch of the grandmother’s house in the village, where we all visited as a child during the summer holidays, only at Svetlana it was not simple, but painted.

We go further and find a table set for tea in a gazebo entwined with greenery, and this is also a small miracle - both the trellis and plants are painted right on the wall, because when you live in a country, most of which is occupied by the desert, you want to surround yourself with a garden.

Over a cup of tea, Svetlana spoke about herself. She was born in the ancient city of Samarkand, after school she left for Leningrad, where she graduated from an art restoration school and worked for some time as a restorer of the famous fountains of the Grand Cascade in Peterhof, and then returned to her homeland to receive an architect's education. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, many creative people were out of work and went to different countries, so Svetlana Nur ended up in the UAE, where she began a new life.

Well, now it's time to enter the house, and the first to meet us was a couple of live white doves, followed by two cocker spaniels who followed us throughout the visit. Moving from room to room and admiring the work, you immediately realize that Svetlana misses the lush nature of Uzbekistan, so many wonderful flowers bloom in her paintings - roses, peonies, lotuses, irises, orchards grow and soaring firebirds soar. Moreover, to implement her ideas, the artist uses different techniques - traditional painting, embroidery with threads and beads, painting on silk (batik) and glass (stained glass). Also, an unforgettable impression is made by embroidered copies of works by famous masters (Leonardo da Vinci, Karl Bryullov), which can rightfully be called "thread painting."

Like most creative people, Svetlana Nur tries herself in different areas of art, one of her new hobbies is furniture decoration, and she is experimenting with decoupage and mosaic. When we hear the word mosaic, we immediately imagine Ancient Rome and unique mosaic floors made of smalt, but it turns out You can use a variety of materials for this type of decorative art. Svetlana chose eggshell (crackle technique) and corn starch (cold porcelain technique). If you think that the shell is too fragile material, then you are mistaken. It turns out that in its hardness it comes close to marble, its small pieces are glued to the surface, painted and varnished, this creates a fancy pattern of small cracks, and the most ordinary table turns into an object of art.

Unfortunately, in one short article it is impossible to describe everything seen in this wonderful villa, which I would like to call an art gallery, but we are very glad that we met its creator and hostess - an amazingly talented person - Svetlana Nur. We wish her creative success!

All the tales of Olga Dmitrieva

There are cities in Russia where you cannot help but be born an artist, and St. Petersburg is undoubtedly one of them. It seems that all the indigenous Petersburgers have an innate sense of beauty, and Olga Dmitrieva (Berne) is very lucky that she was born in this amazing city-museum.

In early childhood, parents noticed Olya's love for drawing and at five years old took her to the art studio at the Hermitage. The magnificent interiors of the palace, the greatest works of painting and sculpture created a unique creative atmosphere in which young artists studied the history of art and studied painting. And from the walls of the State Academic Institute. I.E. Repin at the Russian Academy of Arts Olga has already become a professional artist, graduating from the faculty of graphics in 2005.

While still a student at the Academy of Fine Arts, Olga took part in the contest of young illustrators "Golden Swallowtail". With a victory in it, her professional career began. Getting into the fairy-tale world of literature, especially children's literature, she herself became a sorceress, creating in her imagination the paintings on which Mary Poppins flew, the beautiful Alyonushka met the daring Ivanushka, medieval sailboats sailed, and Nils traveled on his own goose. It only remained to transfer all this to paper. More than 15 books, designed by Olga Dmitrieva, were published by leading Russian publishers: Rosman, Pan Press, Drofa and others.

Love for nature and travel is another source of inspiration, so landscapes and still lifes occupy a considerable part of Olga’s work. The artist prefers to work with watercolors, and this painting technique has a special lightness and transparency, so you can admire subtle color transitions for her wonderful works for a long time. Since 2006, Olga has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, actively participating in various exhibitions, including 4 personal ones.

About two years ago, fate brought Olga Dmitrieva to the United Arab Emirates. Acquaintance with the culture and wise philosophy of the East gave her a new creative impulse. Together with her husband, she wrote the children's book "Little Camel Issam", and then created illustrations for her. In this story, the author tries to convey to the children the basic values of the Arab world - respect for adults, mutual assistance, hospitality. Olga plans to release it in Russian, Arabic and English.

And another discovery made in the Emirates is horses. Having first taken to the races with her husband, Olga was struck by the beauty and grace of thoroughbred Arabian horses, so she immediately started a series of works devoted to these noble animals. All the images of horses on her canvases are unusually lively, beautiful and energetic.

As a true artist, Olga wants not only to create herself, but also to transfer part of her knowledge to others, therefore she dreams of organizing a center to help children and adults learn the basics of mastery. We wish all her plans to be successfully realized, and we have the opportunity to continue to admire the work of this talented artist, who has her own unique style.
