Dubai prosecutors give each 5 thousand dirhams

The Dubai Prosecutor's Office is ready to give 5 thousand dirhams to anyone who correctly answers the questions of the quiz aimed at improving legal literacy.

The Dubai Prosecutor’s Office offers a prize of 5,000 dirhams to anyone who correctly answers a legal question in the framework of a program aimed at disseminating legal awareness among the population and combating crime.

Questions are open to all residents and citizens of the UAE, the first question was already posted on Instagram by the department on Saturday morning.

"The prosecutors will post a video in which questions will be asked personally by the agency’s employees, from prosecutors to administration officials," said Tarek Saif, head of the Public Relations Department of the Dubai Prosecutor’s Office.

Just before the question, a brief information or legal fact will be recorded on the video in order to educate the public about the work and responsibilities of the prosecutor's office and the laws in force in the country.

Quiz participants must submit their responses to the Instagram authority.

“The questions are simple but informative, the answers to them are quite easy to find. Our goal is not to ask complex questions, but to involve the public in the process itself so that citizens can learn more about the laws of the country and the work of the prosecutor’s office,” said Mr. Saif.

Participants who answered the questions correctly will be added to the short list, and each of them will receive a prize of 5 thousand dirhams.
