Movenpick chain will open eight new hotels in Dubai

The Swiss hotel group Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts is going to significantly strengthen its presence in the Middle East. In the next two years, 10 new hotels will be commissioned in the countries of the Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf (GCC). In particular, in the fourth quarter of this year, it is planned to commission new hotels in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area in Dubai, which will attract tourists and business travelers from the GCC, CIS, Europe and China. The complex is designed for 168 rooms and 307 apartments, it will have a view of the bay and the prestigious coastal area of ​​Dubai Marina.

In our hotels we also recorded high demand in the first quarter of this year, and we expect this trend to develop until the end of the period,” he said. In total, until 2015, the Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts group will open eight new hospitality facilities, two each year. This year, the revenue of all hotels will be 18%, which is due to high demand and political stability in the emirate.
