I want to meet the New Year holidays fully equipped - with a neat pedicure, bright manicure, a perfect hairstyle and a fresh face with smooth rejuvenated skin. While I was thinking and wondering where to go “for beauty”, sorting through numerous salons in my memory, my friend called and began to talk chaotically and confusedly about some procedures that were extremely useful and that transformed the skin of my eyes, literally from the very first session .
It turned out that she herself could not visit them because of her departure to Moscow, and I strongly recommend not to miss the chance. I called the girlfriend dictated by the phone number, I made an appointment and went to the Le Meridien Airport Dubai hotel, in the territory of which the Jean Paul salon was located, where the beautician Marina Dotsenko was waiting for me. After a tour around the entire salon where you can do manicures, pedicures, stylish haircuts and hair dyes, evening hairstyles and makeup, Marina invited her to her office, where she began preparations for the session, interspersing her with a detailed story about the possibilities of modern cosmetology, the availability and effectiveness of various drugs and procedures.
The mystery of the magical transformations from Cinderella to the Princess has begun. All cosmetic sessions are strictly designed in the vein of the four main lines. First of all, it is necessary to cleanse the skin of the face, neck and décolleté from makeup and “urban and labor fatigue”. Constantly changing soft porous lips, Marina removes the remnants of a daytime make-up from my eyes and recalls the benefits of using cosmetic milk and toilet soap.
The next step is balance. To prepare for the basic cosmetic procedure, for the sake of which everything was started, the face must be “cheered up” with a tonic lotion. The cosmetologist, having determined my skin type, chooses a lotion without additives of alcohol, which does not dry the skin, but only refreshes and disinfects. Marina advised to apply the tonic daily before applying the foundation for makeup, so that the effect of a smooth face was not spoiled by pores clogged with the foundation.
The third (main) line of the cosmetology session is steaming the face and applying all kinds of masks. Most of all, I was worried that it would be difficult to breathe when steam was supplied. But it turned out that this was a very pleasant and relaxing procedure, and I did not feel any discomfort, especially since Marina continued to educate me on the topics of proper skin care. Wet steamed face is subjected to deeper cleaning with a scrub and automatic peeling with a rotating brush. Then the face gets wet with napkins and a cleansing and soothing mask is applied.
Now the most enjoyable part of the process is massage. I am already in complete prostration and unless I sing with pleasure .... Marina massages not only the face and head, but captures the forearm and part of the back. Inexorably, I want to take a little nap. But that is not all. The most important thing is waiting for me, the “nail” of our program is a thermal mask that smoothes wrinkles, created on the basis of fish caviar. With this mask on your face you need to be completely at ease, relaxed and peaceful.
To the attention of those who suffer from claustrophobia (fear of confined spaces): be prepared for the fact that you have to be in impenetrable darkness for quite a long time! Eyes, nose and mouth are closed with a special mask of thin paper or fabric, the caviar mask is applied in a thick layer. The applied mass puts a pleasant weight on the face (the wrinkles instantly appear in the mental eye) and generates heat (about 25 degrees, but it seems that everything is 40!). Now you need to lie down and wait until the mask has completely hardened and cooled down, it will take at least half an hour. So that I would not be bored, Marina says that in her many years of practice there are 37 different types of treatments and treatments for the skin of the face, neck, décolleté, arms, legs, back ...
As time goes on, I periodically tap the mask with my fingernail, checking its degree of solidification, and lower my palm on its surface to determine if it has completely cooled down or is still warm. And then came the solemn moment of removing the mask!
With a sense of relief, a sense of curiosity also wakes up. Give me a quick mirror, I want to look at the perfectly smooth surface of my skin! The feeling of indescribable lightness does not leave me for a very long time. Mirrors have not yet been given, curiosities are not satisfied, and continue to carry out other manipulations with the face. Finally, it is allowed to get out of the chair and go to the mirror. Incredibly, I really do not see my two eyebrow wrinkles, which turned my face from a cheerful and smiling into an angrily focused! The final touch is evening make-up, and I am unloading from the salon of Paul Paul into a bright evening city completely renewed and rested.
Instead of the standard 90 minutes that Marina usually leaves for a similar session worth 380 drx, I spent a little more than 2 hours visiting her. But this happened because in addition I took a drainage-refreshing massage on the feet and lower legs, tried a new moisturizing hand cream and wrote down everything that happened to me there.
